Due to a maddening limitation with my email, I can't send these out for review so I've posted drafts of the brochures here. Links to both the Publisher (pub) and an Adobe PDF (pdf) are provided. You should be able to click on the .pdf links to view the files. If you have Publisher and want to view it in that application, you most likely will need to right-click on the .pub links to download the original publisher file to your computer, and then open it from that location.

City of Frederick ERIP Analysis
As mentioned in the paper, my lunchtime project one day was to try to recreate the city buyout numbers from the pdf file on the FNP web site in excel. My results are here.
